Accomplices and Heretics: Obama, Pelosi, Sebelius, Biden, and the Culture of Death
Part 1. The Accomplice
Life begins at conception. That is a statement of fact. It is a statement of scientific fact. When the
sperm and the egg combine it is a unique life form that then is then hosted by the mother. It is also a
statement of belief for religious Catholics and many other Christians. Therefore it is a question that
cannot, and will not, be answered by the pro abortion crowd. Democratic nominee Barak Obama, a
self proclaimed Christian, was asked this question at the Saddleback forum:
Pastor Rick Warren: “At what point does a baby get human rights, in your view?”
Senator Obama: “Well, you know, I think that whether you're looking at it from a theological
perspective or a scientific perspective, answering that question with specificity, you know, is, is
above my pay grade.”
This was the danger point he tried to avoid. To answer this question honestly was to admit abortion
is the killing of a human being. The senator, knowing this, evaded the question and moved on to
muddy the waters. But he knew. Of course he knew. It would take thirty seconds on Google to find
the answer if the Harvard trained lawyer and U.S. Senator cared, or dared, to look. But he doesn't
want to look. Because he is an accomplice to the practice of abortion through his votes in the Illinois
legislature and through his words.
“But let me just speak more generally about the issue of abortion because this is something
obviously the country wrestles with. One thing that I’m absolutely convinced of is there is a moral
and ethical content to this issue. So I think that anybody who tries to deny the moral difficulties
and gravity of the abortion issue, I think, is not paying attention. So that would be point number
one.”
"But point number two, I am pro-choice. I believe in Roe v. Wade and come to that conclusion
not because I’m pro abortion, but because ultimately I don’t think women make these decisions
casually. They wrestle with these things in profound ways. In consultation with their pastors or
spouses or their doctors and their family members."
"And, so for me, the goal right now should be--and this is where I think we can find common
ground and by the way I have now inserted this into the Democratic Party Platform is how do we
reduce the number of abortions. Because the fact is that although we’ve had a president who is
opposed to abortions over the last eight years, abortions have not gone down."
Pastor Warren; “Have you ever voted to limit or reduce abortions?”
Senator Obama: “I am in favor, for example, of limits on late term abortions if there is an
exception for the mother’s health. Now from the perspective of those who, you know, are pro life, I
think they would consider that inadequate and I respect their views.”
"I mean one of the things that I’ve always said is that on this particular issue, if you believe that
life begins at conception, then--you are consistent in that belief. Then I can’t argue with you on
that. because that is a core issue of faith for you. What I can do is say there are ways that we can
work together to reduce the number of unwanted pregnancies so that we actually are reducing the
sense that women are seeking out abortions and as an example of that, one of the things that I’ve
talked about is how do we provide the resources that allow women to make the choice to keep a
child. You know, have we given them the health care that they need. Have we given them the
support services that they need. Have we given them the options of adoption that are necessary.
That I think can make a genuine difference.”
The senator and Democratic nominee is not an honest man. For it can be broken down as follows-
if human life begins at conception, than any termination of that life purposely is murder. If life does
not begin at conception, then when does it begin? It is here the pro death forces truly twist
themselves into knots justifying what cannot be justified.
The fact that life begins at conception is a secular, scientific fact. The moral implications of that
fact then is the issue. To a civilized society once the determination of life is made, that individual life
must be protected. Otherwise all life is subject to the whims of a sliding scale of relative values. And
so it becomes exactly that. Life is where we say it is with a secular, atheistic, socialist viewpoint.
Euthanasia becomes acceptable. Denying health care because of cost is acceptable. Morals are
degraded to ’ethics’ and the final arbiter of the right to life becomes the holder of political power to
make it so.
History shows this in the concentration camps, the gulags, the killing fields, the cultural revolution,
the reeducation camps, the two child limit Chinese abortion law, and in Roe v.Wade. By twisting
words the accomplices of abortion attempt to justify their actions by recasting the nature of the
argument. They will not look at whether the baby is a human. Instead they will talk about a
woman's 'choice' and a woman’s 'right to chose' while denying any consideration of the object of
that choice. The question must be answered! When does life begin? When does a baby get human
rights in your view? If you do not know, or will not know, then the default answer is you err on the
side of the right to the individual’s life, not the mother’s lifestyle.
“Well, you know, I think that whether you're looking at it from a theological perspective or a
scientific perspective, answering that question with specificity, you know, is, is above my pay
grade.”
If Senator Obama does not know when a baby is a human, or feels the decision is above him, then
he has a duty to protect the life of another human being from conception. As he said in his
acceptance speech in Denver this very night- “I am my brother’s keeper. I am my sister’s keeper.”
You wonder if he understands the origin of that quote. It comes from the book of Genesis:
Cain rose up against his brother Abel, and killed him. 9 Then the LORD said to
Cain, "Where is Abel your brother?" He said, "I do not know; am I my
brother's keeper?" 10 And the LORD said, "What have you done? The voice of
your brother's blood is crying to me from the ground. 11 And now you are cursed
from the ground, which has opened its mouth to receive your brother's blood from
your hand.
No one is saying Obama killed any babies. He just made sure it would always be legal and has
pledged that it may always be so. He has used his office in the Illinois legislature to ensure just that.
He has decried any attempts to overturn Roe v. Wade. He will only appoint judges that will ensure
Roe is not overturned.
He will never be the one in the room sticking a poisoned needle into the baby's body. He will be the
one funneling millions of Federal tax dollars to Planned Parenthood so they can continue their bloody
operations.
This makes him an accomplice for every one of those who are cut up and sucked out with vacuums
because he will not confer on them the basic rights he knows, deep down, they have always
possessed. The next Democratic nominee for the Presidency of the United States is not his brother
or his sister's keeper. He is an accomplice in their death. If he does believe in God as he claims, he
will not be able to get away with the dodge the decision was above his 'pay grade.'
