I Pulled the lever and Sealed My Fate

You could see it coming.  Everyone could see it coming.  You weren't watching television if you
didn't know, and everybody watches the tube. Barack Obama declared in the Saddleback forum that
he didn't know when life began.  He said the issue was above his pay grade.  Fifty two percent of
Catholics went along with that excuse.  Even, when every Catholic who had a Catechism, or went to
mass, or watched Bing Crosby in
Going My Way, or Bells of Saint Mary knew what the Church taught
about abortion and contraception.  Except, of course, Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden- who are ‘ardent
practicing Catholics.’  They believe they also can get away with the “I don’t know” defense on
abortion.
Life begins at conception.  End of story.  If there is another definition no one is bringing it forward.
Instead, there is great hostility for anyone who brings up this uncomfortable fact; because it interferes
with what we
want to do.  What we want to do is avoid responsibility.   Or, as the forty fourth
president calls it: ‘getting punished with a baby.’
For the smartest man in America, the Harvard law graduate and constitutional law professor, one
would think that being asked such a fundamental question as to when life began would cause the man
to think about the answer.   However, no reflection was needed for this most ardent proponent of
abortion.  Barack Obama was a hard core abortion supporter from way back- voting in Illinois against
help for babies born alive in botched abortions as that might
imply that babies are human. In fact, the
issue was so central to his belief system promoting it was one of the first things he did now in the Oval
Office.  The following memo is from Saturday and describes the executive order signed on Friday, his
third full day in the White House:

Statement released after the President rescinds "Mexico City Policy"
Yesterday, President Obama rescinded the "Mexico City Policy" and released the following statement:

It is clear that the provisions of the Mexico City Policy are unnecessarily broad and unwarranted under
current law, and for the past eight years, they have undermined efforts to promote safe and effective
voluntary family planning in developing countries.  For these reasons, it is right for us to rescind this
policy and restore critical efforts to protect and empower women and promote global economic
development.
For too long, international family planning assistance has been used as a political wedge issue, the
subject of a back and forth debate that has served only to divide us.  I have no desire to continue this
stale and fruitless debate.
It is time that we end the politicization of this issue.  In the coming weeks, my Administration will
initiate a fresh conversation on family planning, working to find areas of common ground to best meet
the needs of women and families at home and around the world.
I have directed my staff to reach out to those on all sides of this issue to achieve the goal of reducing
unintended pregnancies.  They will also work to promote safe motherhood, reduce maternal and infant
mortality rates and increase educational and economic opportunities for women and girls.
In addition, I look forward to working with Congress to restore U.S. financial support for the U.N.
Population Fund.  By resuming funding to UNFPA, the U.S. will be joining 180 other donor nations
working collaboratively to reduce poverty, improve the health of women and children, prevent
HIV/AIDS and provide family planning assistance to women in 154 countries.  Next: the order.

Memorandum for:                 The Secretary of State
The Administrator of the United States Agency for
                                           International Development
The Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2151b(f)(1)), prohibits nongovernmental organizations
(NGOs) that receive Federal funds from using those funds "to pay for the performance of abortions as
a method of family planning, or to motivate or coerce any person to practice abortions."  The August
1984 announcement by President Reagan of what has become known as the "Mexico City Policy"
directed the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to expand this limitation and
withhold USAID funds from NGOs that use non-USAID funds to engage in a wide range of activities,
including providing advice, counseling, or information regarding abortion, or lobbying a foreign
government to legalize or make abortion available.  The Mexico City Policy was in effect from 1985
until 1993, when it was rescinded by President Clinton.  President George W. Bush reinstated the
policy in 2001, implementing it through conditions in USAID grant awards, and subsequently extended
the policy to "voluntary population planning" assistance provided by the Department of State.
These excessively broad conditions on grants and assistance awards are unwarranted.  Moreover, they
have undermined efforts to promote safe and effective voluntary family planning programs in foreign
nations.  Accordingly, I hereby revoke the Presidential memorandum of January 22, 2001, for the
Administrator of USAID (Restoration of the Mexico City Policy), the Presidential memorandum of
March 28, 2001, for the Administrator of USAID (Restoration of the Mexico City Policy), and the
Presidential memorandum of August 29, 2003, for the Secretary of State (Assistance for Voluntary
Population Planning).  In addition, I direct the Secretary of State and the Administrator of USAID to
take the following actions with respect to conditions in voluntary population planning assistance and
USAID grants that were imposed pursuant to either the 2001 or 2003 memoranda and that are not
required by the Foreign Assistance Act or any other law:  (1) immediately waive such conditions in any
current grants, and (2) notify current grantees, as soon as possible, that these conditions have been
waived.  I further direct that the Department of State and USAID immediately cease imposing these
conditions in any future grants.
This memorandum is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or
procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments,
agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.
The Secretary of State is authorized and directed to publish this memorandum in the
Federal Register.
BARACK OBAMA
THE WHITE HOUSE, January 23, 2009.

Let’s learn the newspeak we will all be quizzed upon for the next four to eight years.
“For too long,
international family planning assistance has been used as a political wedge issue, the subject of a
back and forth debate that has served only to divide us.  I have no desire to continue this stale and
fruitless debate.
It is time that we end the politicization of this issue.”  This means if you oppose our views you are
‘divisive.’  Those that hold the definition of life beginning at conception are to be shut up and shut
down.  The people with no definition now hold the power to decide who lives or dies.  The abortion
lobby is now firmly in control.

“I have directed my staff to reach out to those on all sides of this issue to achieve the goal of
reducing unintended pregnancies.”
Since the only thing that is changing about the federal policy is the
funding of abortion, this means reducing unintended pregnancies is
killing the baby.  American tax
dollars will now be used to murder the unborn in 154 countries.  The election of Barak Obama
certainly was of historic proportions.
But, back to the 52% of Catholics who voted for the man.  These are the same Catholics that gave
Joe Biden an ovation when he attended Trinity Catholic Church and received communion this week.
For Catholics, we aren’t too far away from Lent.  During the Good Friday mass there is a tradition of
reading the Passion.  In honor of our new President and the Catholic in Name Only (CINO) Vice
President, a new Passion is prepared full of ‘hope’ and ‘change.’  We will seek to submit it to the
proper Church authorities to see if the liturgy can be updated by April 10th to reflect this new
progressive reality.

A Reading from the Book of NARAL:

38Barack saith to Pastor Warren: What is truth? When does life begin?  And when he said this, he
went out again to the American population, and saith to them:
I find no cause to define life.
39But you have a custom that I should hide my views to get elected in November; will you,
therefore, demand that I defend helpless life on the election trail?
40Then cried they all again, saying: Not this issue.  There are other issues, important issues. Like
jobs and the economy. We can vote for you on those!
1Then therefore, Barack took the pen and issued the order.
2And the lobbyists and Planned Parenthood stocked the clinics and accepted the Federal funds.
3And they came to him, and said:
Hail, Obama. Thou art wise.
4Obama therefore went forth again, and saith to the people: Behold, I bring forth the Federal
funding of abortion worldwide and the Freedom of Choice Act that strips all laws against abortion.
Time to end divisiveness.
5 A pregnant woman came out with the president. And Barack saith to them: Behold the woman
carrying a male fetus.   I would free her from burden and the man from responsibility.
6When the chief priests of the press, therefore, and the Catholic servants, had seen the woman, they
cried out, saying:
Abort him! Abort him! The time isn’t convenient! It is a private choice, not a
child!
Obama saith to them: Take her to an abortion clinic yourselves, I am a Christian and won’t do
it, I have to work out.  I just support abortion, promote it, and fund it.
7The American people answered him: We have a law called Roe v. Wade; and according to the
law the baby ought to die, because the baby cannot speak for itself.
8When Obama therefore had heard this saying, he feared the more. There were justices that might
overturn this law.
9And he entered into the hall again, and he said to his advisors:
We can’t have originalists on the
court.  We must only appoint those who interpret the Constitution to advance our agenda. We must
have a litmus test.
10Barack therefore saith to them: The unborn don’t vote, see? Knowest thou not that I have power
to give life or death to those
we deem worthy?  Wait until you see our health care restrictions that
don’t value the elderly or the infirm.
11 In the back of his mind the unborn baby answered:  Thou should not have the power of life
and death over me unless it was given from above. Therefore the greater sin is with those that
allowed you to have this power.
12And from henceforth Barack sought to release himself from any blame. But the people cried out,
saying:
If thou does not promote abortion worldwide, thou art not a woman’s friend. For
whosoever speaks the truth about life or wants to protect it in the womb, speaketh against
women.
13Now when Barack had heard these words, he brought the pregnant woman forth carrying the
child, and sat down in the judgment seat, in the place that is called Lithostrotos, and in Hebrew
Gabbatha.
14And it was the parasceve of the pasch, about the sixth hour, and he saith to the people:
Behold
your executive order and memo saying it’s cool.
15But they cried out: Abort him! Abort him! Obama saith to them: Shall I fund the murder of the
unborn?
The press and the liberals answered: We have no children, we have choice!
16Then therefore he delivered the woman to the clinic to be aborted. And they took the woman, and
led her forth, not telling her of the options or showing her the ultrasound that would have shown the
baby she was carrying was alive and a person.
17And bearing her in the mini van with the clinic workers they brought her to Planned Parenthood,
but in Hebrew Golgotha.
18Where they aborted her, and with her two others, one age ten, and the other a late term pregnancy
with altered paperwork to show her as early term.
19And Barack wrote a title also,
Rescind Mexico Policy and he put it upon the executive order.
And the writing was: …
and to provide family planning assistance to women in 154 countries.
20This title therefore many of the people did read: because the place where the memo was posted
was on the new White House web site and was nigh to the city wi fi areas: and it was written in
Hebrew, in Greek, and in Latin.
21Then the chief priests of the press said to Obama:
Write not, abortion on any document. Do
not define life.  Call if family planning and choice.
22Barack answered: What I have written, I have written. No one can pin me down.  You didn't even
allow the fact I am a cosponsor of the Freedom of Choice Act be known during the campaign.  You
won’t bail on me now. I washed my hands, but you sold your souls.
23The doctor therefore, when they had aborted her, took the dead baby, and threw it in the
biohazard bag which would be filled at the end of the day. Later to be placed in the incinerator to be
burned. A holocaust of those deemed not worthy of life.  And Fifty two percent of Catholics said:
Amen.

Those Catholics who voted for Obama cannot claim there were other issues.  They cannot claim
they didn't know.  They cannot avoid responsibility.  They sat in the pews; they heard the mass; they
had the Catechism.  Pilate washed his hands of Christ but was not absolved.  Catholic voters for
Obama are not, and will not, be absolved. On every future funded abortion world wide, they carry the
mark of Cain.  These Catholics need to run, not walk, to Reconciliation.
Catholic voters for Obama may not want abortion. They may not be the ones in the clinic wielding
the knife or the needle or the tube.  They may not be the ones driving the medical waste trucks or
pitching the bodies of babies stuffed in plastic bags into the incinerator.  They may even remotely claim
they are pro life.  But by pulling the lever for Obama they
made sure the funding was there for the
needle, and the knife, and the tube, and the truck, and the gas for the burners.  And, they made sure it
was paid for worldwide.  Their vote for Obama cannot be excused for ‘other issues.’
There may not be time to have the liturgy amended for this year’s Good Friday.  It seems from the
priests actually giving communion to heretics like Biden and Pelosi, there might be even some
resistance to the liturgical change
in the Church.  But there is little doubt the God who breathed the
words
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart;” will
not be lied to about responsibility for the protection of the unborn.
